This fall, come join us for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Various bands will be appearing in the Epcot Eat To The Beat Concert Series that runs from August 31 – November 13, 2017 this year.
More bands than EVER… a record breaking 32 musical acts!
New to the lineup this year are The Hooters, Baha Men, Lauren Alaina, Mark Wills, American Authors, Devon Allman, Postmodern Jukebox and Blue OctoberKenny G., Squeeze and 10,000 Maniacs. Catch them all at the America Gardens Theatre stage throughout the festival’s 75-day run.

Festival-goers can book Eat to the Beat Dining Packages at 15 popular Epcot restaurants, guaranteeing a breakfast, lunch or dinner reservation and confirmed seating at a same-day Eat to the Beat concert. Reservations can be booked at EpcotFoodFestival.com beginning July 20, 2017.
The dining packages entitle guests to breakfast, lunch, or dinner at 15 popular Epcot restaurants, and include same-day reserved seating at the Eat to the Beat Concert that evening.
Eat to the Beat Package Dining Times
Dining Reservation start times must be at least 2.5 hours prior to the Eat to the Beat show time. Guests dining for breakfast or lunch will have choice of concert seating for all three show times, while guests dining for dinner will have a choice of seating for one or two show times (depending upon restaurant dinner meal period start time). Guests should arrive at the America Gardens theater 15 minutes prior to the concert start time, entering through the designated package entrance.
Eat to the Beat Dining Package Details
Breakfast packages include one buffet or family-style dining (where applicable).
Lunch and dinner packages include your choice of an appetizer, entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage or 1 full buffet from the chosen restaurant’s menu.
Prices exclude tax and gratuity, and park admission is not included.
Eat to the Beat Dining Packages and the Disney Dining Plan
Guests can use the Disney Dining Plan to pay for the packages.

Can you believe you can get a THREE COURSE meal on Disney property for $35??? Is this even possible? Why yes – it is!! Read on out find out how!
This year, an unprecedented number of Disney restaurants are participating in Magical Dining…several of them Disney owned and operated!!! Among them are The Turf Club, Boatwright’s Dining Hall, Grand Floridian Cafe, Jiko, Olivia’s Cafe, and The Wave… of American Flavors. We have the full list for you below!
Available to anyone no matter where you live – Magical Dining Month begins August 25th during a special preview week, and continues through October 1st. Over 100 Orlando area restaurants will offer prix fixe dinners for just $35. What do you get for your $35?
A three-course dinner includes the choice of an appetizer, entrée and dessert from the restaurant’s Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining Month menu. Tax and gratuity is not included.
One dollar from each meal will benefit Freedom Ride and BASE Camp Children’s Cancer Foundation.
Here is how you do it!! To participate in Magical Dining – just go to the Restaurants & Menus page to select your favorite restaurant, then click on the restaurant’s online reservations button. While most restaurants offer online reservations, if they do not, then call the restaurant directly. Advance reservations are encouraged as some will fill up quickly! You can also arrive at the restaurant as a walk-in guest or with advance reservations. Then – simply ask your server for the Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining Month menu. No vouchers, coupons or flyers are needed.
This program is available Every night, from August 25 – October 1, 2017, during the restaurant’s normal dinner hours. Call the restaurants directly for days and hours of operation.

New Year’s Eve is typically the MOST crowded night of the year at Disney Parks, and as a native to Orlando who is still living here, normally you wouldn’t catch me anywhere near the Disney Parks on that night! But I think if you are planning your Disney vacation during this time – it might be worthwhile to book an event like this – so that your night is still AT Disney…but you will likely get a nice, upscale experience without being in the crowded parks!

Reservations open July 11 2017 for three ways to ring in the New Year at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, part of the Enchanting Extras Collection, which gives guests “can’t-miss” experiences that enhance the Walt Disney World Resort experience.
For an evening of dining and dancing, “Disney Countdown to Midnight” includes delightful dining, live music, libations and more. An interactive band and DJ will fill the dance floor (and we hear that Mickey and Minnie may make a special appearance). Then welcome in 2018 with a flute of bubbly and a viewing of those legendary New Year’s Eve fireworks in Magic Kingdom Park.
Hours are 8 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. in the Fantasia Ballroom. This party is designed for guests 18 and older.
“Pixar Party: A New Year’s Eve Celebration” is for children of all ages, a family-friendly way to ring in the New Year with a Disney•Pixar-inspired dinner.
Sarge welcomes you to the Ballroom of the Americas that features vignettes of beloved Pixar movies. From Andy’s Room in “Toy Story” to and Metro City with The Incredibles, the immersive celebration will include theatrical backdrops, dramatic set pieces and fun props that re-create the fantastic worlds of the Pixar films. And, of course, favorite characters will be on hand from “Toy Story,” “The Incredibles” and “Up.”
Kids can have fun at Pixar face painting, a balloon artist and a boot camp with Sarge, while an interactive DJ will spin hits from Radio Disney (he’s going to be in a “Cars”-inspired DJ rig from Radiator Springs). Dinner is buffet style.
At midnight, head outdoors to ring in the New Year with a viewing of the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks. Hours are 8 p.m.-12:15 a.m.
Fine dining is the theme of the third party, “Down in New Orleans: A Disney New Year’s Eve Dining Experience” in the Grand Republic Ballroom. Inspired by the Disney animated film “The Princess and the Frog,” the room is beautifully decorated French Quarter style to transport you to the Big Easy.
Actions stations will feature flavors such as oyster beignets, smoked salmon mousse cones with caviar, Kobe beef tartare and sheep’s milk ricotta gnocchi. Signature dishes will include herb-crusted Louisiana redfish, crayfish etouffee, Black Angus beef cooked two ways, braised short ribs and filet of beef with truffled celery root silk.
Toward the end of the evening an amazing vocalist, reminiscent of Tiana, joins the band to bring the Academy Award winning classics of the legendary composer, Randy Newman, to life. Then slip outside with a glass of bubbly just before midnight to ring in 2018 with a private viewing area for the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks. Hours are 7 p.m.-12:15 a.m.
